DOMESTIC INCIDENT – FLOYD JAMES TRUEHILL, JR.

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Floyd James Truehill, Jr., 42, of 612 Martin Luther King Street, Napoleonville, LA, following a domestic disturbance near Napoleonville.

Early Saturday morning, deputies responded to a complaint of a domestic nature at a Lincoln Street address in Napoleonville.

Deputies made contact with the alleged victim who indicated that Floyd James Truehill, Jr. had become physically aggressive towards her during an argument. Deputies noted some physical injuries to the victim and also that two juveniles were present at the time of the alleged assault.

Based on all factors considered, Floyd James Truehill, Jr., was arrested nearby and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment

Truehill remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
