DOMESTIC INCIDENT – JORDAN LUKE VIDOS

BAYOU L’OURSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jordan Luke Vidos, 35, of 1124 Fourth Street, Morgan City, LA, on Sunday morning at a residence in Bayou L’Ourse, LA.

Deputies responded to a call for assistance in reference to a subject with a gun threatening to harm himself and a female acquaintance.

Upon arrival, deputies observed the subjects of the investigation standing near the roadway. They further noted the male to be armed. Deputies disarmed the male and detained him.

The investigation revealed that the couple had engaged in an argument and at some point, the male, identified as Jordan Luke Vidos, used his firearm and made threats towards the victim and further committed a battery upon her.

It was determined that Jordan Luke Vidos is a convicted felon.

Jordan Luke Vidos was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
*Battery of a Dating Partner
*Disturbing the Peace
*Fugitive Warrant

Jordan Luke Vidos was incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
