DOMESTIC INCIDENT – BATTERY UPON A PREGNANT PERSON
DONNIE PIERRE BREAUX, LACEY BREAUX DUNNIGAN

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Donnie Pierre Breaux, 31, of 1885 Highway 70, Pierre Part, LA, on felony charges and have issued arrest warrants for Lacey Breaux Dunnigan, 35, of 42275 Devall Road, Prairieville, LA, arising from a domestic incident that occurred on Sunday afternoon in Belle River.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence and made contact with a female who advised that on Sunday afternoon, she was followed to her Riverbend home by her ex-domestic partner and his sister. The two individuals now identified as Donnie Pierre Breaux and Lacey Breaux Dunnigan allegedly commenced to forcefully removing the victim from her vehicle and beating her. Neither Breaux nor Dunnigan were on scene when deputies arrived.

As a result of their investigation, deputies observed evidence consistent with the victim’s version of events, specifically physical injuries.

Donnie Pierre Breaux was arrested a short time later and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

Donnie Paul Breaux remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.

Deputies are seeking to arrest Lacey Breaux Dunnigan.
