DOMESTIC INCIDENT – FELONY ARREST
TYRONNE FAIR, JR.

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Tyronne Fair, Jr., 30, of 383A Highway 400, Napoleonville, LA, on felony charges arising out of a domestic incident which occurred at an Alvin Street address on Sunday.

Deputies were dispatched to the location and interviewed the complainant who was an acquaintance of Tyronne Fair, Jr. At that time, it was determined that Fair pointed firearms at family members of the acquaintance, at a group of children as well as the complainant.

Tyronne Fair, Jr. had departed the area when deputies arrived.

Warrants were applied for and granted for Tyronne Fair, Jr.’s arrest.

Tyronne Fair, Jr. was arrested in Paincourtville, LA on Monday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Aggravated Assault with a Firearm
*Domestic Abuse Aggravated Assault with Child Endangerment
*Communication of False Information of a Planned Arson
*Warrant – Parole Violator

Tyronne Fair was incarcerated pending a bond hearing.

He is to be held without bond on the parole violation.
