DOMESTIC – VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDERS – 16 COUNTS

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Kevin P. Boudreaux, 57, of 161 Rue De Kajun, Pierre Part, La., on protective order violations associated with a recent domestic matter.

Kevin P. Boudreaux was previously arrested on March 10,2026 on domestic abuse related charges resulting in a protective order being placed against him which went into effect on March 11,2026.

During a period following his initial arrest, Kevin P. Boudreaux allegedly violated the terms of the protective order 16 times resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest on April 27,2026.

Kevin P. Boudreaux was arrested by the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office on April 28,2026 on the warrant from the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Kevin P. Boudreaux was transferred to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on May 5,2026.

Kevin P. Boudreaux was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Violation of Protective Orders – 16 Counts

Kevin P. Boudreaux remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
