DRIVE SOBER OR GET PULLED OVER – IMPAIRED DRIVING ENFORCEMENT

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon announces the 2021 “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” D.W.I. Enforcement Program, will commence on August 20, 2021 and will end on September 6, 2021.

The “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” Campaign is a combined effort of the Louisiana Highway Safety Commission the National Highway Transportation and Safety Administration and the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office.

The objective of the program is to reduce fatal and injury crashes on Louisiana highways.

Our deputies will utilize the grant funding to enforce current laws that govern drunk or impaired driving.

We urge everyone to “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over”.
