DRUG / GUN LAW VIOLATIONS – JORIAN JOHNSON
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jorian Johnson, 17, of 504 ½ Adam Hall B, Napoleonville, LA, on drug / gun law violations arising from an incident on Saturday, March 01, 2025, in the Village of Napoleonville.
Deputies and narcotics agents assigned to the Mardi Gras parade in Napoleonville observed an individual at the intersection of Congress and Jefferson Streets who was in possession of a firearm. Deputies made contact with the suspect now identified as Jorian Johnson and did find him to be in possession of a firearm and tobacco products while under age 18, as well as controlled dangerous substances. The firearm was reported as stolen.
Jorian Johnson was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Illegal Carrying of Weapons
*Illegal Possession of a Stolen Firearm
*Prohibited Acts Schedule I, Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance
*Possession of Tobacco Products by Persons Under Age 18
Jorian Johnson remains incarcerated with bond set at $40,000.
