DRUG LAW VIOLATION – KEVIN PAUL PINTADO

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Kevin Paul Pintado, 46, of 104 St. Ann Street, Pierre Part, LA, on felony drug possession charges arising from an ongoing parish wide narcotics investigation.

As part of that investigation, narcotics agents developed information that Kevin Paul Pintado was involved in illegal drug activity.

Agents developed probable cause to apply for a search warrant for the 104 St. Ann Street, residence. That search was authorized by a Twenty Third Judicial District Court Judge.

On Friday, agents executed the search warrant at the aforementioned address and seized a quantity of suspected methamphetamine.

Kevin Paul Pintado was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Possession of Methamphetamine

Kevin Paul Pintado remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
