DRUG LAW VIOLATION – DISTRIBUTION
RONALD JOSEPH NICHOLAS, JR.

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Ronald Joseph Nicholas, Jr., 31, of 5512 Highway 1, Napoleonville, La., on felony drug distribution charges related to an ongoing parish wide illegal narcotics investigation.

Narcotics agents during this investigation identified Ronald Joseph Nicholas, Jr. as being involved in illegal narcotics trafficking in the Assumption Parish area.

Agents were able to establish probable cause to secure arrest warrants for Ronald Joseph Nicholas, Jr.

On Wednesday, Ronald Joseph Nicholas, Jr. was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Facility on charges of:

*Distribution of Marijuana

Ronald Joseph Nichols, Jr. remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
