DRUG LAW VIOLATION – FAILURE TO APPEAR
DOHRIYON DVAUGHN MILLIEN – I.C.E. ARREST
ASSUMPTION – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Dohyriyon Dvaughn Millien, 31, of 3719 Highway 1, Napoleonville, LA, on felony drug charges as well as Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on Charges of Simple Burglary.
A uniformed patrol deputy assigned to the I.C.E. detail observed a vehicle on LA 308 commit a traffic violation. The deputy initiated a stop of that vehicle and proceeded to interview the driver. After interviewing the driver, the deputy made contact with two passengers, one of which was Dohriyon Dvaughn Millien. Originally, Millien provided false identify but then conceded his true to deputies.
A warrants check revealed that Millien was wanted in Assumption Parish for Failure to Appear in Court on Charges of Simple Burglary. Dohriyon Dvaughn Millien was arrested. During a protective pat down search, deputies seized two packages of suspected cocaine off of Millien’s person. Millien was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Possession of Cocaine
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on November 7, 2022 on Charges of Simple Burglary
Dohriyon Dvaughn Millien remains incarcerated with bond set at $60,000.
