NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jamal Lee Daggs, 38, of 369 Highway 400, Napoleonville, La., on felony drug distribution charges related to an ongoing parish wide illegal narcotics investigation.

During the probe, agents established information that Jamal Lee Daggs was trafficking in illegal narcotics in Assumption Parish.

During that investigation, agents secured probable cause to obtain arrest warrants on Jamal Lee Daggs.

On Monday, Jamal Lee Daggs was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Distribution of Marijuana.

Jamal Lee Daggs was incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
