DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS – ALLEN JOSEPH LANDRY
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Allen Joseph Landry, 22, of 102 Cyril Street, Pierre Part, LA, on felony drug charges following a traffic stop in Pierre Part on Tuesday.
A uniformed patrol deputy initiated a traffic stop and interviewed the driver, now identified as Leslie LeBlanc Breaux, 41, of 308 St. Mary Street, Napoleonville, LA.
The deputy noted a passenger in the vehicle appeared to be acting suspiciously and proceeded to conduct a pat down search of that passenger, now identified as Allen Joseph Landry.
During the pat down process, deputies seized a quantity of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Allen Joseph Landry was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Possession of Methamphetamine
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Allen Joseph Landry was released on a $35,000 bond.
Leslie LeBlanc Breaux was issued traffic violations for:
*No Driver’s License
*No Proof of Insurance
*Speeding 36 mph / 25 mph
Breaux was released with a court date.
