DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS – MIRANDA LYNN CHEDOTAL,
JARED PAUL RIVERE

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Miranda Lynn Chedotal, 34, of 114 North Curtis Street, Pierre Part, LA, and Jared Paul Rivere, 39, also of 114 North Curtis Street, Pierre Part, LA, on multiple felony drug charges after narcotics agents and deputies executed a search warrant at the aforementioned address.

As part of an ongoing narcotics investigation, agents developed information indicating Miranda Lynn Chedotal and Jared Paul Rivere were trafficking in illegal narcotics. As a result of that investigation, agents secured probable cause sufficient to obtain a search warrant for the home located at 114 North Curtis Street in Pierre Part.

On Tuesday afternoon, agents and deputies executed the search warrant and seized quantities of Heroin, methamphetamine, and assorted drug paraphernalia.

Miranda Lynn Chedotal was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Possession of Heroin
*Possession of Methamphetamine
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Miranda Lynn Chedotal remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.

Jared Paul Rivere was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Possession of Heroin
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Possession of Methamphetamine

Jared Paul Rivere remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
