DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS – DISTRIBUTION
DRAKE ANTHONY KINKLE

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Drake Anthony Kinkle, 25, of 217 Heriard Street, Plattenville, La., on felony drug distribution charges.

Narcotics officers, investigating ongoing illegal drug activity in the parish, developed information that Drake Anthony Kinkle was trafficking in illegal narcotics.

Agents began investigating Kinkle and as a result of that ongoing process, agents established probable cause to obtain arrest warrants for Drake Anthony Kinkle.

On Friday morning, Drake Anthony Kinkle was arrested and booked on charges of:

*Distribution of Meth-Amphetamine
*Distribution of Xanax

Kinkle was already incarcerated on unrelated charges.

Drake Anthony Kinkle remains incarcerated pending bond proceedings on the new charges.
