DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS – DISTRIBUTION

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jeramie J. Butler, 36, of 130 Maple Street, Labadieville, La., on felony distribution charges related to an ongoing parish wide illegal narcotics investigation.

During this investigation, narcotics agents determined that Jeramie J. Butler was involved in the illegal trafficking of narcotics in the Assumption area.

During the probe, agents developed probable cause to obtain arrest warrants for Jeramie J. Butler.

On Monday, Jeramie J. Butler was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Distribution of Crack Cocaine (2 Counts)

Jeramie J. Butler remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
