FAILURE TO APPEAR  –  AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DANGEROUS WEAPON  SHANE JEROME LEE

BELLE ROSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Shane Jerome Lee, 31, of 816 Georgetown Lane, Belle Rose, LA, on a failure to appear warrant in Assumption Parish.

Shane Jerome Lee was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on aggravated assault charges and was subsequently ordered to appear in court on August 1, 2022 and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Shane Jerome Lee on August 2, 2022.

On Saturday, deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of Georgetown Lane in reference to a disturbance. While investigating the complaint, deputies came into contact with Shane Jerome Lee. He was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a charge of:

*Failure to Appear in Court – Assumption Parish for a Charge of Aggravated Assault

Shane Jerome Lee remains incarcerated with bond set at $1351.00, cash only.
