FAILURE TO APPEAR – AGGRAVATED FLIGHT FROM AN OFFICER
DERREIL LAMONT ALEXANDER
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Derreil Lamont Alexander, 45, of 315 Grace Street, Houma, LA on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on felony charges.
Derreil Lamont Alexander was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of Aggravated Flight from an Officer. As a result of that arrest, Derreil Lamont Alexander was ordered to appear in court on May 6, 2024, and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for his arrest on May 8, 2024.
Derreil Lamont Alexander was arrested by the Hattiesburg Police Department in Forrest County, Mississippi on September 10, 2024. Derreil Lamont Alexander waived extradition back to the State of Louisiana, Parish of Assumption on September 10, 2024. Alexander was released to the custody of Assumption Parish on September 15, 2024.
Derreil Lamont Alexander was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on May 06, 2024, on a Count of:
-Aggravated Flight from an Officer
Derreil Lamont Alexander remains incarcerated without bond.
