FAILURE TO APPEAR – ASSAULT BY DRIVE BY SHOOTING
SHAMOD TAVION WILLIAMS
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Shamond Tavion Williams, 23, of 116 Berwood Drive, Houma, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court on felony charges.
Shamod Tavion Williams was previously arrested on charges of Assault by Drive-By Shooting and as a result of those arrests was ordered to appear in court on February 5, 2024, and August 5, 2024. Shamod Tavion Williams failed to appear as ordered resulting in arrest warrants being issued for his arrest on February 5, 2024, and August 5, 2024.
Shamod Tavion Williams was transported from the Lafourche Parish Jail to the Assumption Parish Detention Center on Monday morning and was booked on charges of:
*Failure to Appear in Court on February 5, 2024, on a Count of:
-Assault by Drive-By Shooting
* Failure to Appear in Court on August 5, 2024, on a Count of:
-Assault by Drive-By Shooting
Shamod Tavion Williams’ bond was set for the above charges at $75,000.
Shamod Tavion Williams was returned to the custody of the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office where he is currently being held on unrelated charges.
