NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Gary Lee Davis, 37, of 202 North Foote Ave, Kaplan, LA, on a warrant for Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on charges of D.W.I. – Third Offense.

Gary Lee Davis was previously arrested on felony D.W.I. charges and ordered to appear in court on August 25, 2021 and failed to do so.
A warrant was issued for Gary Lee Davis on August 27, 2021.
Gary Lee Davis was arrested by the Duson Louisiana Police Department on August 12, 2022. He was transferred and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Failure to Appear – Assumption Parish – Third Offense – Driving While Intoxicated
Gary Lee Davis remains incarcerated in lieu of a $50,200 cash bond.
