FAILURE TO APPEAR – DISTRIBUTION OF MARIJUANA

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Whitney Bielkiewicz, 31, of 39485 Highway 75, Plaquemine, LA, on Failure to Appear charges arising from a December 4, 2020, arrest for distribution of marijuana.

Whitney Bielkiewicz was eventually released on bond and ordered to appear in court on June 28, 2021. Bielkiewicz failed to appear as ordered resulting in a warrant being issued for her arrest.

Whitney Bielkiewicz was arrested on Wednesday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a charge of:

*Failure to Appear – Assumption Parish – Distribution of Marijuana

Whitney Bielkiewicz was ordered held without bond.
