FAILURE TO APPEAR – DRUG LAW VIOLATION

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Tremaine Brown, 38, of 812 Railroad Avenue #1, Donaldsonville, LA, on a Failure to Appear Warrant for drug charges.

Tremaine Brown was previously arrested on charges of Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance to wit: Crack Cocaine. As a result of that arrest, Tremaine Brown was ordered to appear in court on January 23, 2023, and failed to do so. As a result, the court issued a warrant for the arrest of Tremaine Brown.

Tremaine Brown was arrested on Thursday afternoon and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court for Arraignment on Charges of Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance to Wit: Crack Cocaine

Tremaine Brown was released on orders of the court and served notice to appear.
