FAILURE TO APPEAR – DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Lynsey Marie Templet, 42, of 3575 Highway 1, Donaldsonville, LA, on a warrant charging her with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish for arraignment on drug law violations.
Lynsey Marie Templet was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of possessing schedule I and schedule II controlled dangerous substances. As a result of that arrest, Lynsey Marie Templet was ordered to appear in court on November 2, 2021, and failed to do so. As a result a warrant was issued for her arrest on November 2, 2021.
Lynsey Marie Templet was arrested by the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office on May 26, 2025.
Lynsey Marie Templet was transferred to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on May 29, 2025, and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Failure to Appear on Counts of:
-Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance
-Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance
Lynsey Marie Templet remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
