FAILURE TO APPEAR – DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS, PROBATION / DETAINER – SARAH ANN SCULLY
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Sarah Ann Scully, 47, of 619 Kentucky Street, Morgan City, LA, on a warrant charging her with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on drug law violations as well as a warrant charging her with a probation / parole violation.
Sarah Ann Scully was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result was ordered to appear in court on June 25, 2024. Sarah Ann Scully failed to appear as ordered resulting in a warrant being issued for her arrest on June 25, 2024.
Sarah Ann Scully was arrested by the Morgan City Police Department and was released to the Custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on December 4, 2024.
Sarah Ann Scully was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on June 25, 2024, on a Count of:
-Possession of Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance
*Detainer Probation / Parole
Sarah Ann Scully remains incarcerated with bond set at $726.50 for Failure to Appear and she was order held without bond on the Probation / Parole Violation.
