FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELON IN POSSESSION OF A FIREARM –
ALARIOUS DAVON OLINEY

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Alarious Davon Oliney, 30, of 2121 Lobdell Boulevard, Baton Rouge, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court on felony gun related charges.

Alarious Davon Oliney was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on felony charges and as a result was ordered to appear in court on February 11, 2026, for a jury trial.

Jury selection was set to begin on charges of Possession of a Firearm by A Convicted Felon. Alarious Davon Oliney failed to appear as ordered resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest on February 11, 2026.

Alarious Davon Oliney turned himself into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on Thursday night. Oliney was booked into the facility on a warrant charging him with:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on February 11, 2026, for a Jury Trial on a Count of:
-Possession of a Firearm / Carrying a Concealed Weapon by a Convicted Felon

*Detainer – East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office

Alarious Davon Oliney was ordered held without bond.
