FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY BURGLARY CHARGES

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Warren Thomas, Jr., 57, of 174 Highway 1008, Apt. 15, Napoleonville, LA, on charges of Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on charges of Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling.

Warrant Thomas, Jr. was arrested on November 2, 2020 on the aforementioned charges. Thomas was ordered to appear in court on November 7, 2022 and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for his arrest on November 9, 2022.

Warren Thomas, Jr. was arrested on Tuesday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear – Assumption Parish on charges of: Simple Burglary of an Inhabited
Dwelling

Warren Thomas, Jr. remains incarcerated with cash bond set at $1851.50.
