FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY CHARGES – CLIFFORD JOHNSON, III

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Clifford Johnson, III, 25, of 33470 Bowie Street, White Castle, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish.

Clifford Johnson, III was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on July 31, 2020, and ordered to appear in court on March 22, 2021. Johnson failed to appear for scheduled court and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Clifford Johnson, III was arrested on Monday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a charge of:

*Failure to Appear (Assumption Parish) – Obstruction of Justice

Clifford Johnson, III remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
