FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DOMESTIC CHARGES
KADE THOMAS CHRISTENSON, JUSTIN JOSEPH MCCARTHY

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Kade Thomas Christenson, 25, of 149 Redwood Street, Labadieville, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on felony domestic related charges.

Kade Thomas Christenson was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment Christenson was served notice to appear on September 9, 2021 and failed to do so. As a result, a warrant for his arrest was issued on 9-09-2021.

Kade Thomas Christenson was arrested during a traffic stop on Tuesday evening near Labadieville.

During that traffic stop investigation, a quantity of suspected marijuana was seized and was attributed to Kade Thomas Christenson. He was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Possession of Marijuana
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on charges of Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment

Kade Thomas Christenson remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.

The driver identified as Justin Joseph McCarthy, 25, of 100 Aglia Street, Thibodaux, LA, was issued citations for:

*Illegal Window Tint

Justin Joseph McCarthy was released.
