FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DOMESTIC MATTER

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Keion Dontya Clinton, 31, of 2568 Highway 1, Thibodaux, LA, on charges that he failed to appear on felony charges in court in Assumption Parish related to a domestic matter.

Keion Dontya Clinton was previously arrested on felony domestic abuse charges and was ordered to appear in court for a review hearing on November 22, 2021. Clinton did not appear as ordered resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest on November 24, 2021.

Keion Dontya Clinton was arrested by the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office on August 7, 2022. Clinton was transported to Assumption Parish on August 8, 2022, and booked into the detention center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear – Assumption Parish for Domestic Abuse Battery and Simple
Criminal Damage to Property

Keion Dontya Clinton remains incarcerated pending bond proceedings.
