FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG CHARGES

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Tess Marie Bergeron, 51, of 5354 Highway 1, Belle Rose, LA on a warrant charging her with Failure to Appear in Court on felony drug charges.

Tess Marie Bergeron was previously arrested on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine. Upon release from custody, Tess Marie Bergeron was ordered to appear in court on March 06. 2023 and failed to do so. As a result, a warrant for Failure to Appear was issued on March 06, 2023.

Tess Marie Bergeron was arrested on Saturday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear – Assumption Parish on March 06, 2023, on Charges of Possession of Methamphetamine

Tess Marie Bergeron remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
