FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG CHARGES

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jason Michael Oncale, 45, of 104 Bertie Street, Napoleonville, LA, on multiple failure to appear warrants related to felony drug charges.

Jason Michael Oncale was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result was ordered to appear in court on September 08, 2025. Oncale failed to appear as ordered resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest on September 10, 2025.

Jason Michael Oncale was in the custody of the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Jason Michael Oncale was released to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on December 19, 2025. Oncale was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on September 08, 2025, for Arraignment on Counts of:
-Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance
-Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Dangerous Substance

Jason Michael Oncale posted a cash bond and issued a new court date.
