FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG CHARGES

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Kenya Patterson, 30, of 3654 Baker Drive, Houma, LA, on a warrant for Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on felony drug and obstruction charges.
Kenya Patterson was arrested on April 26, 2020 in Assumption Parish and as a result of that arrest was ordered to appear in court on October 26, 2020. Kenya Patterson failed to appear as ordered resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest on October 27, 2022.
Deputies in Jefferson Parish arrested Kenya Patterson on Sunday on the Assumption Parish warrant.
Kenya Patterson was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on Monday on charges of:
*Failure to Appear on Charges of – Possession of Heroin, Obstruction of Justice, Unlawful Production / Distribution of Fraudulent Documents for Identification Purposes, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Prohibited Acts Schedule IV
Kenya Patterson remains incarcerated pending bond proceedings.
