FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG CHARGES

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jordi Christen Boudreaux, 30, of 1733 Prairie Road Circle, Franklin, LA, on a warrant for Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on Felony Drug and Obstruction of Justice Charges.

Jordi Christen Boudreaux was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Obstruction of Justice. As a result of that arrest, Jordi Christen Boudreaux was served Notice to Appear in Court on October 5, 2022 and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for Boudreaux’s arrest on October 7, 2022.

Jordi Christen Boudreaux was arrested on January 13, 2023 by Morgan City Police. Boudreaux was transferred to Assumption Parish and booked into the Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on October 5, 2022 on charges of:
– Possession of Methamphetamine
– Obstruction of Justice
– Detainer – Morgan City Department ($873.00 Cash Bond)

Jordi Christen Boudreaux was incarcerated pending a bond hearing on the Failure to Appear.
