FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG CHARGES

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Steven T. Smith, 34, of 311 Assumption Street, Napoleonville, LA, on charges of Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on felony drug charges.

Steven T. Smith was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of Possession of a Legend Drug without a Prescription. As a result of that arrest, Steven T. Smith was ordered to appear in court on September 28, 2022. Smith failed to appear resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest on September 9, 2022.

Steven T. Smith was arrested on Sunday evening and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on September 8, 2022 on charges of Possession of a Legend Drug without a Prescription.

Steven T. Smith was released after posting a cash bond in the amount of $901.50.
