FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG CHARGES, FINANCIAL CRIMES – DONOVAN PAUL MABILE

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Donovan Paul Mabile, 39, of 128 Derrick Street, Pierre Part, LA, on multiple felony Failure to Appear warrants in Assumption Parish.

Donovan Paul Mabile was previously arrested on drug charges and as a result, Donovan Paul Mabile was ordered to appear in court on October 26, 2022 and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Additionally, Donovan Paul Mabile was previously arrested on felony financial crimes and was ordered to appear in court on October 27, 2022 and failed to do so. As a result, warrants for Failure to Appear were issued in that case.

Donovan Paul Mabile was arrested by the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday. Mabile was transferred to Assumption Parish on Wednesday and booked into the detention center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on October 26, 2022 for Trial on a Charge of Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance without a Prescription
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on October 27, 2022 for Trial on charges of: Identity Theft, Theft, Bank Fraud, Forgery, Access Device Fraud and Monetary Instrument Abuse

Donovan Paul Mabile was ordered held without bond.
