FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG CHARGES

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of David McKane Harris, III, 28, of 150 Jacobs Street, Bertrandville, LA.

Harris was previously arrested on charges of Possession of MDMA with Intent to Distribute.

David McKane Harris, III was provided notice to appear in court for a review hearing on 4/25/2022. Harris did not attend the aforementioned scheduled court date.

Harris was arrested on Tuesday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear – Assumption Parish for Possession of MDMA with Intent to Distribute

David McKane Harris, III is being held without bond.
