FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Harley Nicole Thibodeaux, 27, of 5205 Highway 317, Franklin, La., on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court in Assumption Parish on August 17, 2020, for motions related to a prior arrest for possession of methamphetamine.

Harley Nicole Thibodeaux was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of possession of methamphetamine. As a result of that arrest, Harley Nicole Thibodeaux was ordered to appear in court in Assumption Parish on August 27,2020 and failed to do so. As a result, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Harley Nicole Thibodeaux.

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office notified the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office and advised that Harley Nicole Thibodeaux was in their custody.

Harley Nicole Thibodeaux was released to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on July 17,2026 and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a warrant charging her with:
-Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on August 17,2020 on a Count of:
*Possession of Methamphetamine

Harley Nicole Thibodeaux remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
