FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY – MAGAN RENEE GAUDET

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Magan Renee Gaudet, 28, of 136 Parro Lane, Berwick, LA, on failure to appear on felony charges.

Gaudet was ordered to appear in court on Felony Aggravated Battery charges and failed to do so.

A warrant was issued for Gaudet’s arrest and she was arrested with the assistance of Lafayette authorities.

Magan Renee Gaudet was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Facility on a warrant for:

*Failure to Appear – Aggravated Battery with a Dangerous Weapon

Gaudet was released on bond.
