FAILURE TO APPEAR FOR FELONY DRUG CHARGES
OUTSTANDING WARRANTS – JARON S. GRAY
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jaron S. Gray, 37, of 3201 Antioch Street, Paulina, LA, on charges of Failing to Appear in Court for felony drug charges as well as multiple arrest warrants related to a separate incident.
Jaron S. Gray was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of Possession of a Schedule II Drug. As a result of that arrest, Jaron S. Gray was ordered to appear in court on October 25, 2021 and failed to do so, resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest.
Jaron S. Gray was arrested by Livingston Parish deputies on September 6, 2022 and transferred to Assumption Parish Detention Facility on September 7, 2022. Gray was booked on a count of Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on charges of Possession of a Schedule II Drug.
In unrelated matters, Jaron S. Gray was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on Wednesday on charges related to a February 20, 2022 traffic incident in which Gray is accused of engaging deputies in a pursuit situation. As a result of that incident, Jaron S. Gray was booked on counts of:
*Speeding
*Aggravated Flight from an Officer
*Driving on Roadway Laned for Traffic
*Driving Under a Suspended Driver’s License
*Possession of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoids
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Resisting an Officer
Jaron S. Gray was released after posting a commercial bond in the amount of $12,000.
