FAILURE TO APPEAR FOR SENTENCING – THIRD OFFENSE D.W.I. –
TAYLOR M. BURDIS
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Taylor M. Burdis, 37, of 3032 Highway 1, Labadieville, LA on a warrant charging her with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish for sentencing on a conviction for Third Offense Driving While Intoxicated.
Taylor M. Burdis was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on a charge of Third Offense Driving While Intoxicated. Taylor M. Burdis subsequently pled guilty to the offense charged and was ordered to appear in court on August 26, 2024, for sentencing. Burdis failed to appear as ordered, resulting in a warrant being issued for her arrest.
Taylor M. Burdis was arrested by Harbor Police in New Orleans on November 02, 2025.
Taylor M. Burdis was released to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on November 6, 2025. Taylor M Burdis was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on November 6, 2025, on charges of:
*Failure to Appear in Court for Sentencing on August 26, 2024, on a Count of:
-Third Offense Driving While Intoxicated
Taylor M. Burdis was released on a $200 cash bond and a date set to appear in court for November 24, 2025.
