FAILURE TO APPEAR – FUGITIVE WARRANT

BELLE ROSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Tess Bergeron, 48, of 249 Virginia Street, Belle Rose, LA, on failure to appear warrants in Assumption Parish and a fugitive warrant from Lafourche Parish.

Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office was notified by Ascension Parish that Tess Bergeron was incarcerated in their facility on multiple failure to appear warrants. Upon conducting a computer inquiry, officials in Ascension Parish discovered the Assumption charges.

Tess Bergeron was transported to Assumption Parish on Tuesday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear – Assumption Parish on charges of:
-Driving on Roadway Laned for Traffic
-Driving Under Suspension

*Fugitive Warrant – Lafourche Parish

Upon satisfying local charges, Tess Bergeron will be released to Lafourche Parish
