FAILURE TO APPEAR ON CHARGES OF RESISTING AN OFFICER WITH FORCE OR VIOLENCE – LANCE DION JACKSON

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Lance Dion Jackson, 35, of 1019 St. Vincent Street, Donaldsonville, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on felony charges.

Lance Dion Jackson was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of Resisting an Officer by Force or Violence. As a result of that arrest, Lance Dion Jackson was ordered to appear in court on December 16, 2024, and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Lance Dion Jackson on December 17, 2024.

Lance Dion Jackson was arrested by the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office on January 1, 2025. Jackson was released to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on January 2, 2025, and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on December 16, 2024, on a Count of:
-Resisting an Officer with Force or Violence

Lance Dion Jackson remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
