FAILURE TO APPEAR – PRINCIPAL TO ARMED ROBBERY

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Javis J. Caldwell, 29, of 119 Southall Street, Bertrandville, LA, by West Baton Rouge authorities in connection with his failure to appear in court in Assumption Parish on felony charges on June 11, 2018.
On the aforementioned date, Javis J. Caldwell failed to appear for court. A warrant was issued for his arrest and the warrant was entered into the state database.
On Monday, Javis J. Caldwell was arrested in West Baton Rouge Parish as a fugitive from Assumption Parish. Caldwell was transported to Assumption Parish where he was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a warrant for:
*Failure to Appear on a Charge of Principal to Armed Robbery
Caldwell remains incarcerated and ordered held without bond pending court proceedings.
