FAILURE TO APPEAR, PROBATION VIOLATION WARRANT
KIM RAMAGOS KIRKLAND
PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Kim Ramagos Kirkland, 64, of 8227 Cottonwood Street, Sorento, LA, on multiple warrants charging her with Failure to Appear in Court and a probation violation.
Kim Ramagos Kirkland was convicted on May 20. 2024 in Assumption Parish on a charge of Possession of Methamphetamine and sentenced to 18 months with the Department of Corrections, suspended and placed on supervised probation for 18 months.
As a result of the conviction and order of probation, Kim Ramagos Kirkland was required to abide by special conditions as outlined by the Twenty-Third Judicial District Court. Kirkland violated the terms of probation resulting in a warrant being issued for her arrest of July 2, 2024.
Kim Ramagos Kirkland was arrested by the Gonzales Police Department for Assumption Parish on September 05, 2024. Kirkland was transferred to the custody of The Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on September 06, 2024, and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Probation Violation – Warrant
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on July 15, 2024, on Counts of:
-Possession of Hydrocodone
-Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance
– Possession of Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance
Kim Ramagos Kirkland is being held in lieu of a cash bond in the amount of $1,451.50 for Failure to Appear.
Kim Ramagos Kirkland was ordered held without bond on the probation violation.
