FAILURE TO APPEAR – THEFT – JONOTHAN LEO PREMBROOK

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jonothan Leo Prembrook, 36, of 3142 Antioch St., Paulina, La., on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court in Assumption Parish.

Jonothan Leo Prembrook was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result of that arrest was ordered to appear in court on March 23, 2026. Jonothan Leo Prembrook failed to appear as ordered resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest on March 24, 2026.

Jonothan Leo Prembrook was released to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on July 30, 2026, from the Terrebonne Parish Jail.

Jonothan Leo Prembrook was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on March 23, 2026, on a count of:
-Theft
*Detainer – Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office

Jonothan Leo Prembrook was ordered held without bond.
