FAILURE TO APPEAR – VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDERS – JOSHUA JERMAINE FREDERICK

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Joshua Jermaine Frederick, 41, of 23200 Mills Boulevard, Robert, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on charges of felony protective order violations.

Joshua Jermaine Frederick was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result of that arrest, was ordered to appear in court for trial on July 21, 2025. Joshua Jermaine Frederick failed to appear as ordered resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest on July 21, 2025.

Joshua Jermaine Frederick was arrested by the Point Coupe Parish Sheriff’s Office and released to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on October 7, 2025. Joshua Jermaine Frederick was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on July 21, 2025, for trial on Counts of:
-Violation of Protective Orders – 3 Counts

Joshua Jermaine Frederick remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
