FAILURE TO APPEAR WARRANTS – FELONY – PATERSON POLICE DEPARTMENT – JEFFERY LEE SCHEXNIDER

BAYOU L’OURSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jeffery Lee Schexnider, 45, of 734 David Drive, Patterson, LA, on failure to appear warrants, one of which is a felony from the Patterson Police Department.

On Sunday, January 12, 2025, the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office received a request from the Patterson Police Department for assistance in arresting Jeffery Lee Schexnider whom they believed was located at a residence in the 100 block of Elaine Street in Bayou L’Ourse.

Deputies were dispatched to the address and did locate Jeffery Lee Schexnider and placed him under arrest.

Jeffery Lee Schexnider was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center as a fugitive from the Patterson Police Department on warrants charging him with Failure to Appear in Court in St. Mary Parish on charges of:

*Felony Theft
*Simple Battery

Jeffery Lee Schexnider was transferred to the custody of the Patterson Police Department today. January 13, 2025.
