FAILURE TO APPEAR WARRANTS – JAMES HARRIS
BELLE ROSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of James Harris, 20, of 150 Pecan Street, Bertrandville, LA, on fugitive warrants for failure to appear on misdemeanor and felony charges.
A uniformed patrol deputy was patrolling at a local retail outlet when he observed James Harris to be present. The deputy was aware that James Harris was wanted on multiple charges of Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish.
James Harris was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Failure to Appear – Flight from an Officer and Aggravated Flight
*Failure to Appear – Simple Battery, Aggravated Battery
*Failure to Appear – Possession of Marijuana
*Failure to Appear – Illegal Possession of Firearms
James Harris remains incarcerated without bond.
