FELON IN POSSESION OF FIREARMS-10 COUNTS

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Kevin P.
Boudreaux, 57, of 161 Rue De Kajun, Pierre Part, La., on multiple felony charges arising from
an ongoing investigation.
On March 10,2026, law enforcement arrested Kevin P. Boudreaux on domestic, drug, and gun possession charges. At that time Sheriff’s investigators seized four (4) firearms from the home occupied by Kevin P. Boudreaux.
Kevin P. Boudreaux is a convicted felon and therefore cannot possess firearms. Kevin P. Boudreaux posted a $190,000 commercial bond following the first arrest.
As a result of continued investigation, the Sheriff’s Office seized an additional 10 guns attributed to Kevin P. Boudreaux.
Arrest warrants were applied for and granted for the arrest of Kevin P. Boudreaux.
On Wednesday evening, the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office, The Twenty-Third Judicial District Attorney’s Office and the Gonzales Police Department arrested Kevin P. Boudreaux at a motel in Gonzales.
The Gonzales Police Department released Kevin P. Boudreaux to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday and he was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Illegal Possession of Firearms by a Convicted Felon – 10 Counts

Kevin P. Boudreaux remains incarcerated, pending a bond hearing.
