FELONY CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Rashied Green, 37, of 160 Georgette Street, Napoleonville, LA on felony charges arising out of a criminal damage incident near Napoleonville on Friday evening.
A uniformed patrol deputy initiated an investigation and determined that Rashied Green and the complainant have a child together. At some point an argument ensued. Deputies observed extensive damage to the complainant’s vehicle.
Based on physical evidence and other circumstances, Rashied Green was arrested. During the initial investigation, Green became unruly and had to be restrained.
Rashied Green was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Criminal Damage to Property (Felony)
*Resisting an Officer
*Disturbing the Peace
Rashied Green was incarcerated with bond set at $15,000.
