FELONY CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY – LACEY M. MOORE
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of
Lacey M. Moore, 36, of 1020 McCulla Street, Thibodaux, LA, on felony criminal damage to property charges arising from an incident which occurred on or about September 02, 2025, at a business south of Napoleonville.
On September 02, 2025, deputies were dispatched to the business and made contact with the complainant who advised that Lacey M. Moore went to the business establishment at which time she was advised that she was not welcome on the property. The business operator advised deputies that he discovered several customer vehicles had been damaged. Estimates of the damages range from $3,500 to $4,000.
Detectives initiated an investigation. Deputies secured electronic evidence which placed an individual now identified as Lacey M. Moore near the crime scene.
At the conclusion of the investigation, warrants were obtained for the arrest of Lacey M. Moore.
On February 26, 2026, Lacey M. Moore was arrested by the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office and was released to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on February 27, 226.
Lacey M. Moore was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

Lacey M. Moore remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
